Local product use

OfficeFlow is designed to run supported workflows on the customer's Windows computer. The website and service center do not automatically receive customer workbooks, workbook contents, file names, file paths, task history, screenshots, or business documents.

Customer-initiated contact

When a customer contacts support or requests a quote, we process the contact details, company/order references, request text, selected options, and operational metadata needed to answer and administer the request. Do not send passwords, payment-card data, license codes, unrelated personal data, or business files through WhatsApp.

Licensing and updates

The separate Global licensing environment may process license identifiers, product version, license status, limited device-bound public-key information, request timestamps, and operational diagnostics needed to activate, renew, prevent replay, and deliver updates. The final production notice will identify the exact providers, retention periods, cross-border transfers, and applicable request rights.
