Purchase process
- Contact us with your business name, intended use, Windows/Excel environment, and preferred reply channel.
- Review the quote, seller identity, total USD amount, applicable tax treatment, license scope, refund rule, delivery target, and governing documents.
- Accept the quote in writing and pay only through the provider named in that quote.
- Receive the signed installer link, published SHA-256, activation instructions, and order confirmation after payment and release checks pass.
Refund policy
A first-time OfficeFlow license purchase may be refunded in full when the customer submits a written request within 14 calendar days after delivery and identifies the order. The refund is returned through the original payment method and the license is deactivated or revoked. The complete rule in the accepted quote controls and does not limit non-waivable rights under applicable law.
