Seller and customers

SingularityPulse Group Limited, Room 12, 6/F, The Cloud, 111 Tung Chau Street, Tai Kok Tsui, Hong Kong, is the seller. The limited launch is intended for customers purchasing primarily for business use.

Order formation

The website is informational and is not an offer. A transaction is formed only when the customer accepts a complete written quote and the seller confirms the order. The quote states the product, price, taxes, license term, device limit, included updates and support, delivery target, refund rule, and incorporated document versions.

License and renewal

The standard offer grants one customer a limited, non-transferable OfficeFlow Professional Annual license for one active Windows device for 365 days from first successful activation. Activation must occur within 30 calendar days after delivery. Renewal is not automatic.

Delivery

Delivery is targeted within one business day after cleared payment while the production release gate remains open. If delivery cannot occur within the promised time, the seller will notify the customer in writing and provide the available cancellation or revised-delivery options.

Refund

For a customer's first OfficeFlow license purchase, the customer may request a full refund of the software-license price within 14 calendar days after delivery without giving a reason. The written request must identify the order. After verifying the eligible request, the seller will initiate the refund to the original payment method within 10 business days and deactivate or revoke the license. Provider posting time may vary. Separately accepted custom work is outside this software-license refund. Nothing here limits non-waivable rights under applicable law.

Open legal terms

Final warranty, liability, intellectual-property, termination, governing-law, dispute, export, sanctions, tax, and privacy provisions remain subject to qualified legal and accounting review and must be included before live payment.
